I'm a Yoshitoshi Abe fan too. I recently found a SEL boxset, which is quite a surprise considering I live in Greece, and the only thing I can tell you is that I'd like to see my face when I first saw it at the dvd store I visit. I grabbed it and teleported to the cashier XD
